RandD UK Ltd – process overview
1. A brief, initial consultation in order to understand your business, usually carried out over the phone.
2. If you so should sign to our services, then be rest assured that we work on a “no claim no fee” basis.
3. We interview all key members of your staff to elicit any information required to write the report that states the case to HMRC. Usually this will be done in 2-4 hours.
4. We then complete the report, schedules and forms, and finally process all the information to HMRC who aim to process all applications for R&D Tax Credits within 30 days of submission.
5. We will negotiate with HMRC to ensure that a successful claim is reached, which will keep our 100% success rate intact.
6. We collate any additional information to support all subsequent, future claims made on each anniversary thereafter.

We operate on a “no claim no fee” basis and charge a small upfront fee (refundable if research and development tax credit claim is not successful) to ensure commitment on both sides.
